Quincy Asian Resources (QARI) provides a monthly, free legal clinic to help the community on issues ranging from immigration and U.S. citizenship, family law and divorce, landlord/tenant, criminal, personal injury, and employment related questions. Our volunteer attorneys speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Vietnamese and Tagalog.
Free legal clinics are typically on the 4th Monday of the month. Call ahead to reserve a slot and to make sure an attorney in your area of law and language will be available.

Gabriel Cheong is the owner of Infinity Law Group, a three-attorney law firm located in Quincy, MA. Infinity Law Group is dedicated to serving the needs of the immigrant community. Gabriel’s practice is primarily focused on divorce, estate planning, and prenuptial agreements. Gabriel speaks Cantonese. Gabriel serves as President of the Board of Directors of Quincy Asian Resources, Inc.
Mary K. Y. Lee is an attorney based in Boston. She concentrates her practice on business immigration and real estate litigation. She earned her degrees from Boston College and Touro Law Center in New York. Attorney Lee is the 2009 recipient of Denis Maguire Pro Bono Award given by the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. She is a member of the LRS Review Committee and Real Estate Pro Bono Committee of the Boston Bar Association. Attorney Lee served on the Massachusetts Trial Court Language Access Advisory Committee. She is a Board Member of Quincy Asian Resources Inc. and Central Boston Elder Services Inc. Attorney Lee is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese.
Jason Chan is an attorney in Boston. He practices criminal and personal injury law in all Massachusetts state and federal courts. He has a general practice that handles cases in all areas but specializes in drunk driving, OUI, DUI and criminal defense cases, specifically in Boston and Worcester. Previously, Attorney Chan served as Assistant District Attorney in the Worcester, Massachusetts District Attorney’s Office. Attorney Chen attended Northeastern University and law school at New English School of Law. Attorney Chan speaks Cantonese.
