Citizenship registration (spring 2019)
Quincy Asian Resources, Inc. (QARI) offers a free class to help newcomers navigate the naturalization process and pass the citizenship test for becoming a U.S. citizen. The class will teach U.S. history and civics as well as interview skills, culminating in practice interviews and a trip to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in Boston.
The citizenship class is free, with a required $40 book fee. The Spring Semester class will meet on Friday mornings from 9am–12pm starting on February 8th, 2019. It is a 10 week-long program with 3 hours of weekly class time.
Please complete your registration here. Upon completion of your registration, a QARI staff member will contact you at the phone number provided to schedule a test to determine your English level. The test should take approximately 20 minutes.

The following are the requirements for QARI’s citizenship students:
Minimum English level 2. QARI will administer a test to determine your level.
Attending 80% of classes.
Informing teachers of any absences.
Committing time and dedication to the class for one full semester.
Being present for practice interviews.
The last day for a refund for the $40 book fee is one week after the first class. The book fee cannot be refunded if the book is written in or damaged.
